LoneStar PHIT supply high integrity, approved and certified fasteners and bolts across the full spectrum of critical industry needs. We have a robust stock holding of parts, in a wide range of materials and sizes, in both metric and imperial measurements.

Our approach is to work with customers to seamlessly integrate class leading strength into future focused applications, delivering mission critical products and service to the Chinese and international markets.

Precision bolts and certified fasteners

We supply to drawings, producing fasteners with special threads and tight tolerances, in a practically unlimited range of diameters and lengths.

ASTM studbolts

We hold one of the largest inventories of fully certified ASTM fasteners in the industry. Stock includes studbolt assemblies, as well as finished and semi finished fasteners including hex bolts, socket products, and nuts in carbon and stainless steel, plus exotic grades such as duplex, super duplex and 660. Fasteners can be supplied in accordance with PED 97/23/EC Annex 1 para 4.3.

API bolting

We supply a full range of bolting products to conform with American Petroleum Institute standards for operational and environmental safety and efficiency.

NORSOK M650, D59 and D60 fasteners

We supply products in line with NORSOK standards, the particularly rigorous regulations developed by Standards Norway to replace and supersede oil company specifications.

Machined components and OEM parts

By collaborating with OEM companies in the oil and gas and power generation sectors, we have grown from a fastener supplier to a complete supply chain partner for engineered and turned parts.
