New metal pendulum impact testing machine

Driving continued excellence in service across the business saw LoneStar PHIT invest in a new metal pendulum impact testing machine with model PIT152D, replacing an older model to improve the test accuracy for testing the impact resistance performance of our product under dynamic loads.

Low temperature impact testing is used to evaluate the impact resistance of materials under extreme low temperature conditions, ensuring the reliability and durability of materials in practical applications. Low temperature impact testing simulates extreme temperature changes to help engineers understand the performance of materials in low-temperature environments, optimize material selection and usage conditions, and ensure the normal operation of equipment in extreme environments.

The equipment has reliable performance during testing, with a simple-supported beam structure and a rigid main frame and world-renowned electrical components like German brand cylinders, PLCs, which makes our testing conduct in a stable way.

The machine has a fully enclosed protective cover and the control system locking the machine to ensure that the sample will not fly out and cause injury. The equipment is also designed with multiple protective devices such as safety door interlock protection, safety warning function etc. to ensure safe and reliable operation.
